ABOUT

Myko Olivier is an actor, filmmaker, coach, thrill seeker, avid adventurer, sports enthusiast and irrefutable human-dog-man-person. He likes to stay active and find new and exciting things to do and projects to work on.

Recently, Myko co-starred in the independent feature SPOONFUL OF SUGAR. Having finished making its rounds on the film festival circuit, it is now available to watch on the streaming service Shudder. Currently, he is recurring in the role of “Tyler Banks” on Season 5 of GOOD TROUBLE, available to watch on Freeform and Hulu.

Myko has also appeared in many films and television shows including roles in MENENDEZ BLOOD BROTHERS, GLEE, CASTLE, AGENTS OF SHIELD, UNITED STATES OF AL, and more.

“I’ve played an uptight warbling prep-school glee student, a mustachioed hipster fruitarian, a notorious patricidal-murdering rich kid, a by-the-books bureaucratic space general, and a lecherous gaslighting “nice-guy” high school drama teacher.

This is a clear indication that I haven’t exactly been typecast… as these roles share little in common with each other.

However, I like to think that I tend to bring a sense of genuine optimism and innocence to the roles I audition for. Even when the characters are not exactly “good guys”, I try to bring my own kind of earnestness to the character’s perspective. Trying to make them seem more friendly and/or likable can also allow for them to be scarier or all the more disappointing.

I am a human golden retriever; generally genial, friendly, playful, athletic, and fun-loving… but capable of biting.”

Myko lives in Los Angeles with his lovely wife & fellow actor Rae Olivier, along with their son Lucas & Labradoodle Beija.
